Kamar Varnish gives non-yellowing protection from dirt and moisture to all of your art. This museum-quality varnish is highly resistant to discoloration and offers superior clarity and durability. Although it does not contain added UV absorbers or stabilizers, this will provide some protection against fading. Removable with Mineral Spirits and Isopropyl Alcohol, this varnish allows for reworking of the painting, and it can be safely removed by conservators for restoration. It may also be used as a retouch varnish. Due to a higher molecular weight, this varnish offers lower color saturation and is recommended for Acrylics, Watercolors, Oils (when high color saturation is not a preference), Oil Pastels, Colored Pencil, Fine Art Digital Prints, Giclees and more. Dries in fifteen minutes and safe to handle after two hours. This gloss varnish is easy to apply thanks to it’s conical spray tip.
